Kenneth Chan
President of eHealth Consortium (eHC)

Mr. Kenneth Chan, President of eHealth Consortium (eHC) has got Double Major Honors Degree in Computer Science and Combintorics & Optimization Department, Faculty of Mathematics, University of Waterloo, Canada.

He was elected as member of 1st Election Committee Subsector Elections (IT Subsector), HKSAR at 1998-2002.

In 2009 Kenneth became one of the founder of Shenzhen Hong Kong Alliance of Science and Technology Association. The Alliance is one of the 24 projects jointly supported self-sustained projects, which aims to connect between science and technology associations and societies of the two cities. By 2015, over 30 joint events have been organized by the Hong Kong side, and he has been the honorary executive secretary.

Kenneth joined the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation as an ICT Committee Member at 2010. The Society is committed not only to serving persons with disabilities and their family members but also its corporate social responsibility. The Society actively carried out different programs, including community involvement and advocacy, such as providing opportunities for volunteer services, organizing service collaboration projects and community education.

Kenneth is also the Vice President plus Honorary Secretary of Information Technology Jointed Council (ITJC). He has been appointed as the Chairman of Information Technology Sector National Day Celebration Organizing Committee 2016.

The Organizer

Founded by pioneering scientists with extensive life science backgrounds and multi-cultural experience in research and development, engineering and business, the vision of the Hong Kong Biotechnology Organization is to establish and facilitate a worldwide platform for the Hong Kong biotech industry, promoting awareness, encouraging and enabling international collaboration and providing informed opinion and technical advice to government bodies, healthcare institutions and the general public.

Established and registered under Cap. 151 of the Societies Ordinance (CP/LIC/SO/19/57868), HK20 are dedicated to influencing the Hong Kong society with positive attitude to welcoming the 20th Anniversary of the establishment of HKSAR. We aim to promote participation, to transmit positive energy and to structure a harmonious society through celebrations and events. Our ultimate goal is to constitute the biggest and the most dazzling birthday party by getting every single individual in Hong Kong involved.
