Cancellation and Refund Policy
A written notification of cancellation must be sent to HKBIO Secretariat office. Any approved refunds will be processed ONLY AFTER the congress.
- Cancellation received on or before October 22, 2017: 50% of the registration fee and bank handling charges will be deducted from your original payment.
- Cancellation received after October 22, 2017: No refund will be available.
