The candidate will support and work with the team to facilitate day to day event management and marketing tasks. Project Officer / Project Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Support event experience design, ensuring high-quality level of delivery in event strategy and customer needs
  • Build event loyalty with customers in understanding market needs and feeding trends
  • Perform and leads research, managing database on a regular basis to ensure its accuracy and relevance
  • Define and analyze data from diversified sources to identify insights and potential sponsors / delegates / exhibitors / visitors
  • Support Project Manager in event logistics, escalating any strategic decisions where required
  • Coordinate with internal and external aspects to ensure all event elements are in alignment
  • Build and maintain good working relationship with suppliers and service vendors
  • Support on-site delivery and setup, supporting logistics for customers and team members
  • Develop and improve customer experience at event, ensuring feedback is collated, highlighted and incorporated
  • Assist in drafting and translation of various external and internal materials
  • Support administrative duties

 

Qualifications:

  • University Degree or above in Event Management, Marketing or related discipline with at least 2-year working experience
  • Excellent project management and multi discipline coordination skills
  • Attention to details with interest in research and reporting
  • Outgoing, friendly with strong sense of team spirit
  • Solid client management skills as well as problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge and skills in digital and social media marketing communications is required
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and implementation
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant
  • Immediately available is preferred
