Acknowledging the public’s needs, Hong Kong Biotechnology Organization (HKBIO) decided to distribute anti-epidemic supplies to people in need together with Philip K.H. Wong Foundation and Cellomics International Limited to help in the fight against the virus.

Recognizing their need for anti-epidemic supplies under the current circumstances, HKBIO decided to cooperate with the Philip KH Wong Foundation, GeneHarbor (Hong Kong) Technologies Ltd and Cellomics International Ltd to donate masks, hand sanitizers and NMN 9000 supplements to Yick Hong Home for the Aged (Kowloon) Ltd to help vulnerable groups protect themselves against the disease.

On 3rd March 2020 - Hong Kong Biotechnology Organization (HKBIO) cooperated with various biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies to hold a press conference in Hong Kong Science Technology Parks Corporation, announcing that Hai Kang Life Corporation Limited will be donating its independently developed ‘ERT-PCR technology for SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus testing’ to the community.
